This facility is located in the southwestern part of Batumi, on Sherif Khimshiashvili Street, and in close proximity to the coastline.

Erected on an 8,335-square-meter plot, the development area is held within 1,451 square meters (k1=02), while the remainder of the space is allocated for landscaping of its yard and the road infrastructure.

The cascaded, vertical architectural accents on the edges of the mirrored complex are counterbalanced by plain and linear geometric shapes within the central area. The dominant corners of the façade are ornamented with an asymmetric geometric composition, giving the complex a sense of originality and a creative distinctiveness.

This eight-story building, reaching 26 meters in height, includes commercial and office space on the first floor, with 182 apartments on the upper floors.
