The project area is located in Tbilisi on Petre Kavtaradze Street. The two 25-storey buildings of Metropol Kavtaradze offer apartments of various layouts and sizes. The one-hectare territory of this multifunctional complex includes a football field, an entertainment zone, a walking path, open and closed spaces, a recreational pavilion, and a kindergarten, amongst other amenities.

Both residential blocks feature a frame system with a pile foundation. The façade utilises high-quality sanding and painting materials, wood-textured Alucobond, travertine-textured ceramic tiles, and aluminium profiles.

The following work is to be performed under the contract:

• construction of the building structures;
• insulation of the underground walls;
• blockwork;
• roof insulation works;
• façade finishing;
• paving common spaces.
