This system will integrate key functions, including cash management, fixed assets, procurement, inventory management, project revenues and expenses, human resource management, and payroll, into a unified platform. By providing management with accurate and real-time data, the ERP system will significantly streamline decision-making. Notably, automation will reduce manual operation, optimize human and time resources, and mitigate operational risks by minimizing technical errors.

Current Stage of the Project and Future Plans

The project is currently in its initial phase, during which the ERP system’s warehouse module has already been implemented at several major construction sites. This integration has greatly improved warehouse management processes: inventory tracking became dynamic and the transparency of procurement operations increased.

BDO Digital is actively collaborating with Anagi to implement the ERP system across all departments and ensure the full centralization of business processes. As part of the system’s integration, a comprehensive analysis and optimization of operations were conducted, enabling Anagi to incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) technology. This innovative approach will further streamline operational coordination and facilitate uniform data analysis. By working together, BDO Digital and Anagi are establishing a new standard for the digitalization of construction industry in Georgia. Upon completing the integration of the ERP system and advanced technologies, the company will achieve fully centralized business processes, thus, enhancing transparency, expanding growth opportunities, and equipping management with unprecedented decision-making tools.
