The multifunctional warehouse is located in Poti, at 61 Davit Agmashenebeli Street, as part of the Poti Grain Terminal’s infrastructure. The gable roof is supported by a truss-type structure and a concrete base reinforced with "pilasters" and "buttresses".

Under the contract, the following work is to be performed:

• construction of the building structures;
• insulation of the underground walls;
• installation of engineering networks (MEP);
• roof top covering.
