The territory of the Multi-Profile Medical Centre is bordered on four sides by Abuseridze, Griboedov, Pushkin, and Javakhishvili Streets. This district represents a well-established urban fabric of the city's development.

Although the facade of the Medical Centre building located on Ivane Javakhishvili Street is perceived as a single entity, the buildings are separated by a seismic joint based on their volumes and functions. They constitute two independent complexes with varying heights and facade tonal variations.

The Batumi Multi-Profile Medical Centre (Block A) is a 4 and 5-story monolithic frame structure, including a technical floor for the elevator and staircase units. During the design process, street density challenges were taken into account; consequently, the building was positioned as far back into the courtyard as possible. This allowed for the widening of I. Javakhishvili Street and the sidewalk, while maintaining the width of the existing inner courtyard road.

The structure features 5 entrances, 3 of which are equipped with ramps tailored to the needs of persons with disabilities (PWD). Adapted bathrooms, wide corridors, elevators, and balconies are provided on all five floors. The building is equipped with 3 staircases and 2 elevators.

The street-facing facades are finished with multi-colored (white, grey, and black) composite panels and feature aluminium stained-glass windows with integrated strip lighting. The courtyard-facing facades are finished with decorative plaster and paint, and are partially covered with composite panels.

Parking and auxiliary facilities are situated on the side of Tbel Abuseridze Street. The area also features landscaped greenery, lighting poles, benches, bicycle parking, lawns, and paved sidewalks.
