The project area is located near the entry point of Batumi, close to the station and the port. The 11,900 square meters of trapezoidal land permitted for development is located between Chkhaidze and Eristavi Streets.

The complex comprises two eight-story residential blocks, situated around the center of the plot, that fill a total area of 10,887 square meters. The accompanying sports field as well as children’s attractions are positioned towards the eastern side of the territory. A courtyard, found between the buildings, is filled with vegetation and it features a field for various activities. On three of its sides, the territory is bordered by parking zones and a green area measuring 3,570 square meters.

The façades with functional architecture also feature alternating rectilinear geometric figures in three shades of white and gray.
