The project area is located at Nos. 14 G and D Petre Kavtaradze Street, in Tbilisi. The two 25-story buildings of Metropol Kavtaradze offer apartments of various layouts and sizes. The one-hectare territory of this multifunctional complex includes a football field, an entertainment zone, a walking path, open and closed spaces, a recreation pavilion, a kindergarten, etc.

Both residential blocks feature a frame system with a pile foundation. For the façade, high-quality sanding/painting materials, wood-textured Alucobond, travertine-textured ceramic tiles and aluminum profiles are used.

Under the contract, the following work is to be performed:

• construction of the building structures;
• insulation of the underground walls;
• blockwork;
• roof insulation works;
• façade finishing;
• paving common spaces.
