The Army City project is a large-scale residential complex developed on the Makhata Mountain in Tbilisi, commissioned by the Ministry of Defence of Georgia. As part of the first phase, modern apartment buildings were constructed according to international standards, designed to provide dignified living conditions for military personnel and their families. The complex is distinguished by its strategic location, ecologically clean environment, and panoramic views of the city.

The structural integrity of the complex is ensured by a reinforced concrete monolithic frame. The facades are finished with high-durability materials specifically selected to withstand the distinct climatic conditions characteristic of the Makhata Mountain area.

Within the framework of the first phase, 39 seven-story residential buildings were constructed, comprising a total of 1,092 apartments.
