We’re ecstatic to see the official opening ceremony for the latest Hippodrome 2 residential complex from m² that took place on October 4, 2018.
Under the project, around 800 new flats were commissioned on a turnkey basis. Within the complex, Anagi built the 19-, 23-, and 25-story buildings, a four-level parking lot, and a modern two-story kindergarten, with a total construction area of 102,400 square meters.
In compliance with international standards and Georgian legislation, the existing Poti landfill will be closed and replaced by two modern waste transfer stations.
