This system will integrate key functions, including cash management, fixed assets, procurement, inventory management, project revenues and expenses, human resource management, and payroll, into a single unified platform. By providing management with accurate and real-time data, the ERP system will streamline decision-making significantly. Notably, automation will also reduce manual operation, optimise human and time resources, and mitigate operational risks by minimising technical errors.

Current Stage of the Project and Future Plans

The project is currently in its initial phase, where the ERP system’s warehouse module has already been implemented in several major construction sites. This integration has greatly improved warehouse management processes: inventory tracking has become dynamic, and the transparency of procurement operations has increased.

BDO Digital is actively collaborating with Anagi to implement the ERP system across every department and to ensure the full centralisation of business processes. As part of the system’s integration, comprehensive analyses and optimisation of operations were conducted, enabling Anagi to incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) technology. This innovative approach will further streamline operational coordination and facilitate uniform data analysis. By working together, BDO Digital and Anagi are establishing a new standard for digitalisation of the construction industry in Georgia. Upon full integration of the ERP system and such advanced technologies, the company will have achieved fully centralised business processes, thus enhancing transparency, expanding growth opportunities, and equipping management with unprecedented decision-making tools.
