Anagi Undergoes a Successful Recertification Audit
The leading international certification company Lloyds Register Quality Assurance conducted a recertification audit of the international certifications ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems) and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems) at the construction company Anagi in July 2022. The audit also included the inspection of all company departments and one of the construction facilities; consequently, Anagi was entitled to renew its certifications successfully.
It should be noted that Anagi has held ISO 9001:2015 certification since 2011, as to ISO 45001:2018 certification, Anagi became the first construction business in Georgia to receive it in 2019.
In compliance with international standards and Georgian legislation, the existing Poti landfill will be closed and replaced by two modern waste transfer stations.
In May 2025, Anagi Construction Company and Homer Development Company signed a cooperation agreement for construction of Homer Alpha – the inaugural project for the Homer brand.
Irakli Gogolishvili, General Director of Anagi Construction Company, hosted Mariam Kvrivishvili, Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, and Levan Moseshvili, General Director of the Association of Airports, at the construction site of the new 3.5 km runway at Kutaisi David Agmashenebeli International Airport.

Anagi and Metropol Sign Memorandum
A memorandum of cooperation was signed between Anagi Construction Company and Metropol. Within the framework of this cooperation, Anagi will build a residential complex for Metropol.
