In an area surrounded by various evergreen trees, these five 12- and two 13-storey residential buildings are to be encircled by abundant greenery, sports facilities, and children’s playgrounds, thus ensuring privacy and isolation between neighbours.

Pale yellow, cantilevered balconies provide a plain and modest aesthetic that sits in perfect contrast to the light-grey main façade. The ground level is reserved for a parking area, while 1,100 standard apartments are found on the upper floors.
