In an area surrounded by various evergreen trees, under the general plan these five 12- and two 13-story residential buildings are encircled by abundant greenery, sports facilities, and children’s playgrounds, thus, ensuring privacy and isolation between neighbors.

Pale yellow, cantilevered balconies provide a plain and modest aesthetic that sits in perfect contrast to the light-grey main façade. The ground level is reserved for a parking area, while standard 1100 apartments are found on the upper floors.

Under the contract, the following work is to be performed:

• construction of the building structures;
• insulation of the underground walls;
• block piling works;
• roof insulation works;
• installation of engineering networks;
• façade finishing;
• paving common spaces;
• landscaping.
