White Sails H2, located near the sea in Batumi, is a 15-storey apart-hotel with a construction area of 18,000 square metres and a distinctive silhouette. The White Sails complex itself features square-planned ground floors, followed by five floors with dark blue L-shaped façades each crowned with a circular white façade.

The work completed:

• construction of the building structures;
• façade finishing;
• installation of engineering networks (MEP);
• finishing 167 residential apartments (in so-called turnkey condition).
