The Town Square residential complex, located on Akaki Tsereteli Avenue, comprises 25- and 26-story buildings. A green public space is situated at the central entrance. Floors 1 through 6 are allocated for commercial spaces serving various purposes, while residential apartments occupy floors 7 through 26. The complex includes both an above-ground and underground two-level parking facilities, with a total capacity of 120 cars.

The architectural design is characterized by rectilinear shapes and simple geometry. Its tall, dark gray structures are standing on a horizontal, light-toned base.


Under the contract, the following work is to be performed:

• construction of the building structures;
• insulation of the underground walls;
• blockwork;
• roof insulation works;
• installation of engineering networks;
• façade finishing;
• paving common spaces;
• apartment finishing (white frame).
