The Town Square residential complex, located on Akaki Tsereteli Avenue, comprises 25- and 26-storey buildings. A green public space is also situated at the central entrance. The first six floors are allocated for commercial spaces, aiming to serve various purposes, while residential apartments occupy floors seven upwards. The complex also includes a two-level underground and above-ground parking facility, maintaining a total capacity for 120 cars.

The architectural design is characterised by rectilinear shapes and simple geometry. Notably, its tall, dark gray structures stand on a horizontal, light-toned base.

The following work is to be performed under the contract:

• construction of the building structures;
• insulation of the underground walls;
• blockwork;
• roof insulation works;
• installation of engineering networks;
• façade finishing;
• paving common spaces;
• apartment finishing (white frame).
