Functional profile: Medical Facility

Pineo Medical Ecosystem is a multidisciplinary medical facility designed to serve patients with a wide range of medical needs.

The building is located on a 10,500-square-metre plot of land, with a terrain slope of 4- to 5- metres. Measuring 33 by 16 metres, the building rises eight stories above the ground and includes an underground basement. The main façades are clad in travertine stone slabs, alternated with architectural elements of terracotta-coloured Abet Laminati and white ceramic tiles.

The first floor houses a reception area, while radiological offices are located in the basement. Various inpatient wards further occupy floors 2 to 7, and the administrative department is found on the 8th floor.

The work completed:

• construction of the building structures;
• insulation of the underground walls;
• blockwork;
• roof insulation works;
• installation of engineering networks (MEP);
• façade finishing;
• paving common spaces.
