The Park Home Saburtalo residential complex offers an extensive recreational area, alongside facilities for sports and wellness.

The building’s rectilinear shape and balanced interplay are sustained under pastel shades as lush vegetation adorns the cascading floors of the roof.

Within the 27-storey complex, there are both surface and underground parking areas. While all safety regulations are fully adhered to, where the complex is equipped with fire safety systems from Germany and Belgium.

The work completed:

• construction of the building structures;
• insulation of the underground walls;
• block piling works;
• roof insulation works;
• installation of engineering networks;
• façade finishing;
• paving common spaces;
• finishing 210 apartments (in so-called turnkey condition);
• landscaping.
