A two-tone façade panel and a balanced set of balconies with glass railings suspended by consoles extoll the simple and linear geometry of this residential building. At the intersection of 26 May and Kldiashvili Streets, a slightly diminutive dark-brown insert and a vertical, continuous showcase separate these wonderful balconies.

The work completed:

• construction of the building structures;
• insulation of the underground walls.
