A two-tone façade panel and a balanced set of balconies with glass railings suspended by consoles extoll the simple and linear geometry of this multi-apartment residential building. At the intersection of 26 May and Kldiashvili Streets, a slightly diminutive dark brown insert and a vertical, continuous showcase separate these wonderful balconies.

Under the contract, the following work is to be performed:

• construction of the building structures;
• insulation of the underground walls.
