Functional profile: Multi-Apartment Residential Building

The project area is located near the entry point of Batumi, close to the station and the port. The 11,900 square metres of trapezoidal land permitted for development is located between Chkhaidze and Eristavi Streets.

The complex comprises two eight-storey residential blocks, situated within the centre of the plot, that fill a total area of 10,887 square metres. The accompanying sport field as well as children’s attractions are positioned towards the eastern side of the territory. A courtyard, found between the buildings, is filled with vegetation and features a field for various activities. On three of its sides, the territory is bordered by parking zones and a green area measuring 3,570 square metres.

The façades with functional architecture also feature alternating rectilinear geometric figures in three shades of white and gray.

The following work is to be performed under the contract:

• construction of the building structures;
• insulation of the underground walls;
• blockwork;
• roof insulation works;
• installation of engineering networks (MEP);
• façade finishing;
• paving common spaces;
• finishing work for 162 apartments (in so-called turnkey condition);
• landscaping.
