The 20-storey residential building is located on one of the central avenues of the capital. The main challenges encountered during the development were the densely packed buildings and the heavy traffic on the avenue.

Anagi Construction Company carried out construction of the monolithic reinforced concrete structures of the building and the façade finishing works.
