A residential complex with functional architecture is located 600 meters from the Kakheti Highway, at A. Tvalchrelidze Street.

The 11 buildings are arranged in three rows, taking into account the 16.9-meter elevation difference in the mountainous landscape, which spans 7 hectares. The fenced area includes a large recreational green space, a children’s playground, an open gym and parking areas with permeable paving. The frame of the 10-11-story residential blocks is made of monolithic reinforced concrete walls, with concrete blocks used as partial filler. The façades are decoratively plastered and painted gray.

Under the contract, the following work is to be performed:
