Client:Agency for IDPs, Eco-migrants and Livelihood Provision

Start date:Aug 2024
Completion date:Dec 2027
Functional profile: Residential Complex
Address: Zugdidi, Adjacent to Janashia Street

This multi-apartment residential complex in Zugdidi covers a vast territory that stretches across a large, flat terrain. The buildings within the complex are symmetrically arranged over four rows and in three circles, providing a sense of spatial organisation. Parallel driveways are connected to the main entrance of the complex, with corresponding green spaces arranged in sections that are perpendicular to one another.

The complex consists of twelve seven-storey buildings, where each apartment features a balcony to enhance the natural lighting and air circulation.

As is typical of such urban-style projects, the building façades have simple geometric shapes. Moreover, the architectural elements connecting the balconies are covered in a relatively dark beige tone, contrasting with the lighter main façade and adding visual sophistication to the complex.

The following work is to be performed under the contract:

• construction of the building structures;
• insulation of the underground walls;
• blockwork;
• roof insulation works;
• installation of engineering networks (MEP);
• façade finishing;
• paving common spaces;
• finishing 1,760 apartments (in so-called turnkey condition).
