Functional profile: Residential Complex
Address: Kutaisi, Nikea Street, II Lane
Author of the architectural project: Tamar Gvichiani

The residential complex consists of three 12-story buildings, spanning across an area of over 28,000 square meters. Within the space, there is a modest green courtyard at its center. The buildings are located parallel to three slopes within the perimeter of the territory, while the fourth slope is designated for the parking area. Under this design, a high standard of insolation, aeration of the area, and the concept of privacy are all well maintained. These three buildings are distinguished by their functional simplicity and plain aesthetics. Notably, the light-toned façades have cantilevered balconies provided to all residents.
Under the contract, the following work is to be performed:

• construction of the building structures;
• insulation of the underground walls;
• blockwork;
• roof insulation works;
• installation of engineering networks;
• façade finishing;
• paving common spaces;
• apartment finishing (so-called “turnkey”).
