Functional profile: Multi-Apartment Residential Complex

Green Cape Botanico occupies 10,500 square metres of land. The site consists of two independent seven-storey residential buildings, along with a wellness and relaxation retreat with a swimming pool and spa centre. Overall, the complex includes a total of 80 apartments.

The main compositional line of the complex is represented by zigzagging balconies. With transparent balcony railings and lightshades adorning each of the buildings, there is an elegance and lightness to this seaside complex.

In total, 63 units of piles were arranged to reinforce these structures. Moreover, blocks A and B include a 1,650-square-metre indoor garage.

The complex is also equipped with modern technology: lifts manufactured by the Mitsubishi company and a smart home system with Smart Hubs allow owners to manage various appliances through their smartphones.

The work completed:

• construction of the buildings structures;
• blockwork;
• roof insulation works;
• installation of engineering networks;
• façade finishing;
• paving common spaces;
• finishing 80 apartments (in so-called turnkey condition);
• landscaping.
