At 17 Archil King Street in Tbilisi, a 22-storey residential building elegantly rises above ground level. Although visually it appears as a single volume, structurally it is divided into two blocks. The building is adorned with large, vertically duplicated balconies, with glass and yellow-accented metal railings. Its rectilinear façade is clad with white and dark grey plaster and terracotta-coloured decorative bricks.

Resident parking is located underground, leaving most of the courtyard free for recreational use. Crucially, the landscaped area restricts traffic, and it offers pedestrian pathways, a running track and cycle lanes, as well as a swimming pool, a sports ground, children’s attractions, and zones for passive recreation amongst other features.
