The 26-story residential building is situated on Akaki Tsereteli Avenue. The structure contains a two-level underground parking garage, a green public area set up at the main entrance, and the ground floor designated for various types of commercial spaces. The high-rise building sits on a horizontal, light-coloured base, and the architectural composition is primarily rectilinear and simple in geometry.

Anagi is presently carrying out construction of the monolithic reinforced concrete structures, laying the engineering networks, completing the façade, and setting up the white frame apartments.
