The 26-story residential building is situated on Akaki Tsereteli Avenue. The structure contains a two-level underground parking garage, a green public area set up at the main entrance, and the ground floor designated for various types of commercial spaces.

The high-rise building sits on a horizontal, light-coloured base, and the architectural composition is primarily rectilinear and simple in geometry.

Under the contract, the following work is to be performed:

• construction of the building structures;
• insulation of the underground walls;
• block piling works;
• roof insulation works;
• installation of engineering networks;
• façade finishing;
• paving common spaces;
• apartment finishing (white frame).
