Project Description

From an architectural point of view, the building was solved in complex and unordinary forms. Its load-bearing construction frame, considering shapes and design, is planned and executed from metal bar elements. Bridge was arranged from tempered glass on stainless steel profiles. 

Foundations – monolithic reinforced concrete bored piles with diameter 800 mm, length 22 m, on which the monolithic reinforced concrete slab is arranged.
Inter-floor – corrugated deck on metal beams, with monolithic reinforced concrete slab.
Roof – thermal insulation, soft waterproofing rolled material.
Facades – thermal insulation, façade cladding system.
Glass panels – Belgium aluminum profiles, double-pane insulated windows.
Internal partitions – moisture resistant gypsum board on metal frame, aluminum profiles with glazing.
Floors – wooden tiles, ceramic granite and ceramic floor tiles, artificial carpeting.
Territory beautification – paving with concrete and granite tiles, external lighting lampions, kerbs, drainage and sewerage networks.
