The multifunctional residential complex Greenland with areas for business, offices and residences is a building with original architecture. The asymmetric glazed spaces are connected to each other at different levels by the central 22-story building, thus creating a rather intriguing play of masses.

Under the contract, the following work is to be performed:

• construction of the building structures;
• insulation of the underground walls.
