The 27-storey H1 block is the tallest building in the White Sails complex. At its base, a three-storey, U-shaped, rectangular building features predominantly linear geometrical designs. The façades, finished in two contrasting colours, are separated by glass railings, while the upper floors are topped with a triangular architectural insert, giving the building a distinctive look.

From the 7th floor upwards, the building houses an Ibis Styles Hotel, with residential apartments located from the 8th to the 25th floor. The building covers a construction area of 21,000 square metres.

The work completed:

• construction of the building structures;
• façade finishing;
• installation of engineering networks (MEP);
• finishing 108 residential apartments (in so-called turnkey condition).
