The project area is located along Lekh and Maria Kaczynski Street and the waterfront, in Akhali (New) Boulevard of Batumi. A pedestrian path crosses the square-shaped space in the middle, where green tunnels and tribunes are arranged. Auxiliary storage rooms, bathrooms and waiting rooms are located in wave-shaped forms adapted to the relief.

On the sea side of the allocated path there is a skate park, while off-road bicycle paths of different complexity are situated in the mirror-like area having similar shape along the path's axis.

The skate park is certified by World Skate under the "Next Generation" skate facility program.
