The building located at Merab Kostava Street No. 33 is a monument of cultural heritage. The facade of the building is designed in Art Nouveau style. The 3,000 m² building will house the Muse Hotel.

Due to the status of the building, the current facade of the building was retained; Anagi Construction Company performed construction of the building structures.
