The terracotta and straw-colored rooftop elements adorning the building are covered with gilded sheets that are encircled by decorative Gothic elements crafted from concrete and non-ferrous metal.

A beautiful, French-made clock was installed in the center of the tower. Positioned above a double-winged door, the clock activates a mechanism that triggers the appearance of figures dressed in traditional Georgian attire at various appointed times. Various construction works were performed by the Anagi Construction Company.
