This residential complex with functional architecture is located 600 metres from the Kakheti Highway on A. Tvalchrelidze Street.

The 11 buildings are arranged in three rows, taking into account the 16.9-metre elevation difference in the mountainous landscape, that which spans seven hectares. The fenced area includes a large recreational green space, a children’s playground, an open gym, and parking areas with permeable paving. The frame of the 10- and 11-storey residential blocks is made of monolithic reinforced concrete walls, with concrete blocks used as a partial filler. The façades are decoratively plastered and painted gray.
