Existing plaster including façade architectural and decorative figures and ornaments was removed from walls during reconstruction of the facades of the buildings located on Marjanishvili Square. Then walls were plastered with sand-cement mortar, all architectural figures and decorative ornaments were recreated in their original form. Existing tin sheet roofs were replaced with Mazzonetto zinc-titanium sheets. Concrete balusters on parapets were replaced. Existing wooden doors and windows were replaced with doors and windows made from wooden and metal-plastic profiles. Forged metal railings of balconies and gates of entrance halls were reconstructed or replaced. Arched passage was built at subway entrance using monolithic reinforced concrete structures. External engineering networks were replaced. Square was paved with natural granite tiles and paving stone blocks.
