Ibis Red Hotel is being built by Anagi Construction Company in the vicinity of Davit Agmashenebeli International Airport in Kutaisi.

149 hotel rooms will be located in the seven-story building. The structure stands out from the surroundings due to its plain design and contrasting gradation of colour palette. The findings of wind and solar movement studies served as the foundation for its fractured shape and terrain adaption.

Anagi Construction Company is carrying out construction works of monolithic reinforced concrete structures of the building.
