Teona Tugushi graduated from Tbilisi Davit Aghmashenebeli University in 2011, Faculty of Law. In 2014 she graduated from Vilnius State University, majoring in international law and law of EU Countries where she was awarded a Master’s degree. In 2011 she passed the certification examination at LEPL Georgian Bar Association specializing in Criminal Law.

Teona Tugushi worked as an assistant lawyer at the lawyer’s bureau Nana Tsuladze and Partners from 2010-2011.

In 2014 Teona Tugushi joined the team of Anagi Construction Company as a lawyer. Starting from January 2018, Teona Tugushi is a senior lawyer at Anagi Construction Company.
