Levan Sanadze graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University in 1997, Faculty of Economics. He completed a one-year course of special training at the Academy of the State Security Service in 2001.

In 2004-2005 Levan Sanadze was the Head of the Training Department of the Personnel Administration of the Personnel and Organizational Maintenance Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia. From 2005 to 2007 he was the Head of the Registration Examination Division of the Patrol Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and later Deputy Director of the Patrol Police Department of the same Ministry. In 2007-2012 he held the position of the Director of Service Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia.

In 2010-2012 Levan Sanadze concurrently held the position of the General Director at Georgian Lottery Company LTD and Georgian Post LTD. In 2012 -2013 he worked as a Deputy Director of Service Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia. In 2013 Levan Sanadze was appointed as the General Director of the Caucasus Auto Service LTD and held the position till the end of 2014. From 2014 to 2015 he was the Director of Car Solution LTD. In 2016 he started to work as the Head of Economic Service at JSC TBC Bank.

Levan Sanadze has been the Chief Project Officer of Anagi Construction Company since 2017.
