Mariam Gamtsemlidze graduated from Georgian Institute of Public Affairs in 2012, Faculty of Public Relations. From 1999 to 2003 she studied at Tbilisi State University, Faculty of International Relations and Law where she was awarded MA in International Relations.

In 2006 – 2010, Mariam Gamtsemlidze worked as a corporate banker at JSC Liberty Bank. In 2011 – 2013 she was the public relations coordinator at Peritus Group.

Since 2013 Mariam Gamtsemlidze is the chief PR and marketing officer at Anagi Construction Company.
