Nino Jashi graduated from Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, Faculty of Foreign Languages in 2003.

In 2003-2009 Nino Jashi worked as a lecturer at the Department of European Studies, Faculty of Foreign Languages, Batumi University. In 2009 Nino Jashi started her work in the construction sector of various companies, where she gained vast work experience, particularly, in 2009-2011 she was an assistant construction manager at Turinvest Ltd., in 2011-2012 - a translator for the project of Hestok Batumi Ltd., and in 2012-2015 - a translator for the Hilton Batumi project, led by the international company Mays International, invited by Turinvest Ltd. in 2015-2016 – an administrator at AECOM Georgia Ltd. In 2018, Nino Jashi was an office manager of ETI 2000, a translator at Anagi LLC. in 2019 during the construction of the stadium of UEFA IV category in Batumi.

Starting from 2020, Nino Jashi is an office manager in the Batumi branch of Anagi LLC.
