Lika Kukuladze is a graduate of Georgian Technical University, Faculty of Law.

In 2017 Lika Kukuladze worked as a retail sales manager in TBC Insurance, and in 2018 she continued her work in the same position in Ardi Insurance; in 2019 she was a corporate sales manager in PSP Insurance. In the period from March to September 2020, she had an internship in the Legal Department of Anagi LLC.

In October 2020, Lika Kukuladze joined the team of Anagi Construction Company as an assistant to a lawyer. Starting from February 2022, Lika Kukuladze is a Junior Lawyer at Anagi Construction Company.
