Giorgi Martinenko graduated from Georgian Technical University in 1995, where he awarded the qualification of Mining Engineer.
In 1996-1998 he worked at the company Tbilmetromsheni as a master in the city of Yekaterinburg, on the subway construction project. In 1999-2004, he worked in the field of construction on various projects in Ireland.
After returning to Georgia, he worked at construction company Nola in 2005-2008 as a superintendent of works. In 2008-2009 he held the position of a construction manager at construction management companies: Tic Georgia on Pixel project and Rakeen Construction project - Free Zone. After that, continued working as a construction manager on construction projects at construction company New Energy till 2011, on rehabilitation works projects of Batumi water supply, drainage and sewage system.
In 2011, he continued working at the company Paul Schuler und Irao Group. At the end of 2012 he started working at the company Anagi and took part in the construction project of the hotel Hilton in Batumi, where he worked as a construction manager. At the end of 2013, he left the company Anagi and moved to the Portuguese company Confrasilvas Construction and took part in the construction of The Biltmore Hotel project in Tbilisi as an operating manager.
From 2014 he turned back to the company Anagi as a chief superintendent of works and continues working up to this date.
