Gulbad Skhiladze graduated from Georgian Technical University in 1975, Faculty of Civil and Industrial Construction, majoring in civil engineering.

In 1975 - 2001 he worked in various positions at the Institute of Design: an engineer, a senior engineer, a head of the team, a chief engineer of the project and finally, a department head. In 2002-2005 he was a procurement manager of Anagi LLC.

Starting from 2005 Gulbad Skhiladze holds the position of supply and maintenance manager at Anagi LLC.
